Terms and definitions

1. This Agreement is a set of conditions that the User must accept in order to continue working on the Blockchain Mining Platform.

2. Cryptocurrency - a peer-to-peer electronic currency that has no single central issuer, but is distributed to the holders of this currency.

3. Personal account is a page created within the Platform after registration and acceptance of the User Agreement.

5. The User is a natural or legal person registered in accordance with local national legislation, who registers and accepts the User Agreement.

6. Deposits and withdrawals - operations of transferring User funds from a personal account.

7. Account data - the User's personal data, i.e. username, password, email address specified by the User when registering on the Blockchain Mining Platform.

Terms of Agreement

Blockchain Cloud Mining will notify all users of such changes via the user's designated email address and all updates will be displayed in the Terms of Agreement itself. If you continue to work on the platform, you automatically accept these updates.

By creating an account on Blockchain Cloud Mining, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and that you are an individual or legal person and organization that is fully authorized to accept this User Agreement between you and Blockchain Cloud Mining.

Prohibited Use

By using the services of Blockchain Mining Platform, you represent that you are not on any trade or economic sanctions list, such as the United Nations Security Council sanctions list, etc. By using the services of Blockchain Mining Platform, you represent that you are not on any trade or economic sanctions list.

This Agreement cannot be excluded based on the laws of the country where the user is located.

Description of the Service

Users have the opportunity to register on Blockchain Cloud Mining, open an account and deposit assets. Platform users have the right to request the withdrawal of funds, taking into account the limitations (if any) set out in the terms of the Agreement.

All users should be aware of all risks associated with all possible changes in cryptocurrency exchange rates.

Blockchain Cloud Mining will never ask for funds to be transferred to a wallet, nor will it ever ask you for your account password.

Users need to be cautious about promotions and any discounts that may lead to fraud and loss of funds. All notifications sent to the user's designated email will not ask for any transaction data and personal data unless requested by the user. The list of fraudulent transactions is very extensive and the user agrees that Blockchain Cloud Mining is not responsible for any loss of funds caused by the above.

By using the services of Blockchain Cloud Mining, you confirm that all information provided by Blockchain Cloud Mining under this Agreement is true, complete and accurate.

Registration and Account Requirements

To create an account, you will need to provide your real name, email address, and password. Blockchain Cloud Mining may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account in various circumstances.

Account Requirements

Blockchain Cloud Mining reserves the right to freeze or cancel accounts used by third parties who are not the account holders.

Blockchain Cloud Mining is not responsible for these accounts.

Account Security

Blockchain Cloud Mining is committed to creating the highest level of security to protect user funds. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Blockchain Cloud Mining account, password and electronic login address. The Company requires that you as an account holder should also take extra care and take precautions to protect your account and personal information. You will comply with security systems, identity verification, payment or withdrawal processing and collection. If you discover any unauthorized use of your Blockchain Cloud Mining account and password, or any other breach of security rules, please notify Blockchain Cloud Mining immediately.

Blockchain Cloud Mining is not responsible for any losses or consequences caused by your disregard of the above account security statement.

Blockchain Cloud Mining requires necessary licenses for the proper use of intellectual property.

Blockchain Cloud Mining Usage Recommendations

You hereby agree to comply with the following points when using the Blockchain Cloud Mining platform:

1. You will not evade paying taxes or government fees.

2. All actions taken by you during Blockchain Cloud Mining work are in compliance with applicable laws and the Blockchain Cloud Mining Charter.

3. This Agreement shall not violate the Agreement and Rules of Blockchain Cloud Mining.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Blockchain Cloud Mining, its existing employees, directors, affiliates and agents from any and all losses suffered by any third party caused or arising from the violation of this Agreement by a Blockchain Cloud Mining user.

Termination

You agree that Blockchain Cloud Mining has the right to stop your use of the platform and freeze funds if the account is suspected of violating the terms of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy or other applicable laws. Blockchain Cloud Mining has the right to store, use and provide transaction data of violators as required by the legislative body.

This Agreement may be terminated due to the following factors:

1. Under the order of a court or other regulatory body.

2. If unauthorized account access is detected.

3. If unnatural account activity is detected.

After closing the account and freezing the funds, the user's entire balance will be used to reimburse all costs and expenses of Blockchain Cloud Mining.

Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy is an important term of this Agreement and Blockchain Cloud Mining may modify this provision of this Agreement as needed. All changes to the Privacy Policy and any other terms will be communicated to all users through the mailing list specified in the user's email.

Indemnification and Disclaimer

By accepting this Agreement, the User agrees to indemnify Blockchain Cloud Mining for all losses and expenses incurred by Blockchain Cloud Mining if Blockchain Cloud Mining suffers losses as a result of the User's actions.

VNBTC Cloud Mining assumes no responsibility for errors and inaccuracies arising from the use of its services.
